There are public restrooms next to the church. Our felt art hiking trail covers a total length of about 2,4 km and leads mostly through the forest. The path partly consists of rough gravel and is not accessible with strollers nor wheelchair accessible. We strongly recommend suitable footwear for the visit.

We ask you to visit the trail only from sunrise to sunset – the forest animals will thank you for your consideration.

Short description: Our felt art hiking trail begins at Hönigtal's market square and is a circular route. Start at the market square and follow Schulstraße for about 500 meters. At house number 33 on the left, turn onto a narrow paved road. After about 100 meters downhill, a forest road begins. The forest road leads you past a rest area to the ditch. From there, the path continues uphill through the forest to the paved road. At the paved road, turn left again and after about 400 meters you will reach the starting point.

The circular route can be walked in either direction, but we recommend this route.
